Sage/lemon vinaigrette

1/4 Cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbl chopped sage leaves
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 Cup olive oil

Put all but the oil in a blender and blend until smooth. With motor running, drizzle in the olive oil and blend until emulsified.

Use as a drizzle on fish, chicken and pretty much everything else!!!
